With a reversible Lodge Cast Iron Griddle/Grill and six burners, The FiveStar 48" Cooktop gives you the tools to simultaneously saute, simmer and sear. And for a flawlessly integrated look, choose from side and rear island trim kits as well. Features Include: The 36" cooktops include surface burners with "click" settings at 14,000 BTU for Hi; 5,200 BTU for Medium; 2,100 BTU for Low. The front burners simmer with the exclusive "Vari-Flame" feature that ranges from 400 BTU to 1,050 BTU. Also includes a thermostatically controlled griddle made of heavy-duty machined-steel plate that will heat to 450 degrees. Individual porcelain drop pans, deluxe knob bezels and continuous cast iron grates are standard. A stainless steel griddle cover is included with all built-in griddle models. A four-inch high backguard is packed with each cooktop. Extra-heavy, porcelain-covered cast iron continuous burner grates. Energy-saving, pilotless electronic ignition.
